Work it over still-tacky clear wax and watch details pop. Choose from three tones—Dark for crisp shadow on light colors, White for chalky highlight on deeper hues, and Warm for a mellow, vintage patina.

How to use

Paint your piece and let it dry completely.

Brush on a thin coat of wax (clear, white, whatever!) where you want aging—keep it slightly tacky.

Tap on a small amount of Decrepit Dust (Dark, White, or Warm) and work it into details with a soft brush.

Feather away excess; if you overdo it, “erase” with a touch of clear wax.

Allow the wax to set, then buff.
