Many will ask if we can just mail one of these for free. Unfortunately, we receive 100's of requests like that and cannot afford to do it. We pay our distributor for each color chart. That is our cost. You will find other shops mark them up to $4. We do not. Mail is expensive, so is the envelope. We would like to stay in business. I am sorry.
When looking at a chart - Don't always judge a color just by that tiny 1 inch circle on the Color Chart. When you look at painted swatches against the bright white card stock of the color chart - it could give you false perception. Debi DIY paint has a matte finish but deepens depending on the finish you use.
If unsure of a color- BUY ONE. It is much cheaper than getting a can of paint that you do not like the color of. This is really important if planning on purchasing multiple containers.
