Thank you for choosing to be part of The Purple Painted Lady 2026 Festival!  We take your attendance as an honor and appreciate all that you do, create and the value you add to this event.

This registration is for TPPL Festival Food Truck Alumni only. This space will be for one truck.  Speak to Trish or Steve if you require additional room on Sept. 19 & 20, 2026.

If you own more than one Food Truck- please reach out to Trish because I am sure we would love to have you!  Still text Trish at 585.750.6056 if unsure.

FOOD TRUCKS: All Food Servers for the Festival => According to the wonderful NY State Department of Health- you must have a permit to serve food in Wayne County. (I think it runs around $30) Please contact the Geneva District Office to obtain your permit- which will take 3 weeks’ lead time. CALL 315-789-3030

We choose incredible vendors who make great food and are also friendly and kind!   By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to the following requirements and rules of this particular event on our private property.  This means, but not limited to:

1. Providing Trish with a copy of your Certificate of Insurance, calling out Stephen and Tricia Kuntz, The Purple Painted Lady and Yellow Mills LLC.  

2. FOOD TRUCKS: All Food Servers for the Festival => According to the wonderful NY State Department of Health- you must have a permit to serve food in Wayne County. (I think it runs around $30) Please contact the Geneva District Office to obtain your permit- which will take 3 weeks’ lead time. CALL 315-789-3030

3. Understanding that you should only register if confident you will be attending.  There is not a ONE DAY OPTION and there are NO REFUNDS… so please only sign up if you are confident you can attend. 

4. You must be part of our private Facebook Vendor Group page

5. YOU MUST  attend one of FIVE vendor meetings over the spring and summer of 2026. (Meetings start at 7pm on Wednesday, 5/13/26, Thurs 6/11, Tues 6/16, Mon 6/22, and Wednesday, 7/8) 

LOCATION:  Meetings are held at 880 Yellow Mills Road  Palmyra NY 14522

 You will be responsible for managing garbage in front of your food truck and manage it so it does not overflow.  Filled garbage bags should be knotted and put behind your truck and our sanitation crew will pick them up on their rounds. Break down all cardboard boxes and take with you.

7. No smoking at our event and anywhere on our properties, including outside of vehicle in parking lot.

8. Food Trucks can set up on Friday if they would like, otherwise, you must be on site on Saturday morning by 7:30am.

9. If using a tent, it must have straight legs, and an effort must be made to curate your space to look amazing.  This means potentially, having a carpet, nice signage that should include your website, email, or phone number. 

10.  The Purple Painted Lady will have an open tab with all food trucks because we invite all law enforcement, medical and fire rescue to eat for free.  TPPL Volunteers will have a 2026 lanyard that will have an ID # that needs to be recorded on a log sheet we will provide you. (For Law Enforcement, print their name and branch...i.e., Police, Sheriff, etc. On Sunday, hand the log to Steve or Trish at the end of the festival and we will make payment either then or within a couple of days.

11.  You will help with promoting the festival.

  • Sharing the September 11th and 18th Facebook posts from TPPL Festival Facebook page here => https://www.facebook.com/thepurplepaintedladyfestival
  • You will help promote the festival by putting up your yard sign starting on September 1st, 2026, and removing your yard sign by September 21st. 
  • If possible, please share TPPL Festival Post Cards at your events earlier in the year. (you should always let your groupies know of all your upcoming events)

At check out, please provide the following information in the "COMMENT" section prior to check out beneath where you enter your CC information.

  • Please note your business name, what you will be selling, (Candle / Soap / Signs / Food/ Glass / Wood / Clothes / Home Décor / Jewelry / Metal)
  •  website address or Facebook page
  • preference of tent at festival (example .... next to another artist, sun/shade, mobility concerns?) 
  • Length of Food Truck and if you require electricity.
