An all natural bristle Paint Brush. We carry a couple Purdy brushes available here on-line for sale and also Annie Sloan's paint brushes which come in three different sizes. I love them all and each have purpose for different projects, but depending on your budget, the 1.5 inch Purdy brush is a great choice.
to see that 1.5" Purdy brush.
Since the Trifecta Kit comes with one Ultimate Wax Brush which...if you speak to Trish (The Purple Painted Lady) you will hear her say, "they are worth their weight in gold", the only other thought is to consider purchasing a second as so your brushes are dedicated to be used solely for either the Clear Soft Wax or the Dark Soft Wax. Click HERE
to order an addition Ultimate Wax Brush.
The only additional item you will need for the waxing process are either cut up old worn mens t-shirts for wiping off the residual wax during the wax application OR (what we also like to use) which is Cheese Cloth. Cheese Cloth has texture and grips the extra wax nicely. (Make sure to shake out cut up rags or Cheese Cloth prior to use to remove any loose threads! You do not want that lint or those threads being impregnated into your wax) If interested in purchasing a roll of Cheese Cloth which has 100 sheets per roll, click HERE
Otherwise- this is a really great way to fill your painting pantry with the necessities to do many projects!
What does Trifecta
mean? In horse racing terminology, a trifecta is a parimutuel bet in which the bettor must predict which horses will finish first, second, and third in exact order. The word comes from the related betting term, "perfecta". A trifecta is known as a tierc© in France and Hong Kong and as a tris in Italy.
