This is ideal for applying General Finishes High Performance Topcoats. We will supply a nylon stocking ped - like you use when trying on shoes. We will apply this over the face of the painter pad .It will help reduce the bubbles during the application. You will not want to reuse the painter pads- so based on the price....pick up a couple!
