Piranesi Pink is a dusty, peach-leaning pink which includes yellow pigments to give a real softness. It’s named for the seminal Italian printmaker and architect, Giovanni Piranesi, and reflects both his love of Classical antiquity and his admiration for masonry (Piranesi was the son of a celebrated master stonemason which greatly influenced his work). Almost flesh colored and suggestive of setting plaster, Piranesi Pink is timeless and universally complimentary. This shade has been developed to match a color mix of Chalk Paint® in Primer Red and Old White.

The water-based formula contains low VOCs and is certified Toy Safe, but will take whatever life throws its way. Available in a premium matte finish with a slight sheen.

COVERAGE: A one-coat paint and primer in one that will cover 450 sq. ft per gallon! Coverage will vary depending on surface and application

REVIEW FROM A CUSTOMER: We received this review from a customer and thought it would be helpful to share with you. "Just like the furniture Chalk Paint by Annie Sloan, a little goes a long way. I just finished painting a room with it and used less than one gallon for the entire room in 2 coats. The paint is superior in many ways and made my project easy. I really didn’t even need that 2nd coat because coverage was so good but I opted to do it anyway as this room will have a lot of heavy activity. The lesser quality paints typically used would have required that 2nd coat for sure and I would have needed to spend for another gallon. So if a different "premium paint" is $64 or thereabouts and the quality is less, and you need more paint to get equal coverage, in reality you’re spending more for a lesser quality with inferior pigment. I cannot say enough about this paint. It’s like whipped cream on your brush. Very light weight feel as you brush….or roll. I love it and I’ve been painting for many years. Money well spent."
